JOBSUMMARY:
Global Operations Supervisorsareleadersinchargeofanorganization'sprocessesandoperationsspanningseveral countries. This person directs a portfolio of projects and smaller business units in alignment with business strategies of the parent organization.

Tracking and tracingofshipments
Communicatingtointernal/externalcustomersandsalesregardingissues
Update/notatetrackingmilestones
Researchofshipmentsforcorporaterequests/reports
Researchof shipmentsfor accounting requests/reports
Billing:closingoutofshipmentstimely
Printing dailyand researchingand responding timely
Timelyinvoicingandclosingoutofshipments
Recommendanddevelopnewpolicies/procedures
Complete,submitandreviewpersonnelissuestimely,includingbutnotlimitedto;annualreviews, disciplinary actions, punctuation, and keeping current on required training
TrainingofnewemployeesaccordingtoPilot'sstandards,proceduresandgoals
Abilitytofacilitateprogressivechange,gettingalongwithotheremployees,followingdirectionandcontinually improving
Maintain operation by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Pay Range:
$65,000 TO $70,000 per Year
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
