Main Duties & Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering professional and responsive support
Prepare quotations and process sales orders, credits, and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) accurately and efficiently, ensuring all opportunities, cases, and transactions are properly maintained in Salesforce
Confirm pricing, Incoterms, shipping methods, stock availability, and lead times
Coordinate order fulfillment activities with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure on-time delivery
Schedule shipments, monitor deliveries, and resolve exceptions with carriers and logistics partners
Generate invoices and maintain accurate ERP records (Sage 300), ensuring alignment with Salesforce records and activities
Prepare export, shipping, and customs documentation as required to support domestic and international orders
Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and applicable health and safety requirements
Follow standard processes and procedures while proactively identifying, suggesting, and implementing improvements

Candidate Profile
This customer-facing role requires a warm, professional communicator with proven experience delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operational support within the human capital management industry is preferred. Candidates with transferable skills from electronics, technology, or related industries are also encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Communication
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Confident telephone and video conferencing manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with team members and customers
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude
Ability to read and interpret documents (e.g., safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals)

Working Location / Hours / Travel
This is a fully office-based role in Cooper City, Florida, with limited flexibility for remote work based on business needs
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support operational priorities
No travel requirements are anticipated
