Global Operate Business Development, Pricing Manager

Work you'll do

Our Business Development Manager will lead engagements end-to-end for lower-complexity or lower-TCV Global Operate pursuits, from pursuit team intake through final commercial architecture sign-off. Additionally, this position will confirm each pursuit's pricing status and required baseline commercial model (Time & Materials or Fixed Fee) before layering in any creative construct enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the core research behind each engagement - five-year client financial trend analysis, peer benchmarking, and earnings call transcript review - and synthesize findings into a clear, evidence-backed set of client challenges
• Help design recommended commercial architectures, combining baseline models with creative constructs tied to identified client challenges, under the direction of a Senior Manager for complex or high-value pursuits
• Coach pursuit teams as they build client-facing commercial strategy presentations, and support pursuit team presentations to client teams for pursuits you lead end-to-end
• Support the post-presentation feedback coaching loop by capturing client feedback and helping revise the commercial architecture into a refined proposal
• Partner with the deal's financial modeling team to help reflect the final, agreed-upon commercial structure in the engagement's financial model
• Escalate complex or high-stakes commercial structuring questions to the Senior Manager Deal Coach as needed
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Deal Coaching methodology, tools, and creative construct catalog
• Build relationships across Global Operate workstreams, alliances, and account teams to ground commercial recommendations in delivery reality
• Collaborate with Global Solution Hub team(s) at various points of the end-to-end pursuit process to receive or provide various elements of support

The team

The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate's overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a professional/consulting services capacity, including some exposure to pricing, commercial deal structuring, or financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
• Experience supporting or designing commercial models (e.g., Time & Materials, Fixed Fee, gain share, outcome-based pricing, or other creative constructs) for managed services, outsourcing, or business process transformation engagements
• Solid financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret multi-year financial trends, support peer benchmarking, and extract insight from earnings call transcripts and investor materials
• Experience presenting analysis or recommendations to client stakeholders, including some exposure to senior/executive audiences
• Advanced proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel-based financial modeling; familiarity with GenAI tools used to accelerate research and drafting is a plus
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial and commercial analysis into a clear, compelling narrative for technical and executive audiences
