Roles & Responsibilities
Function as a subject matter expert for core teams, downstream marketing, and regions.
Lead software projects by executing QMS and GPDS (Global Product Development Process) deliverables.
Drive product enhancements, integrations, and portfolio strategy for the Infusion platform.
Develop global launch and commercialization plans to support product success.
Conduct market research and use data analytics to refine key commercial strategies.
Create and deliver presentations at core team meetings, leadership forums, and town halls.
Demonstrate leadership within the Marketing department to drive best practices.
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related field within the medical device sector.
Experience in sales or sales support is considered.
Upstream marketing experience preferred.
Familiarity with connected, integrated clinical software solutions.
Understanding of the medical device development process and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Knowledge of the IV infusion pump market and its business dynamics.

Product management and marketing expertise.
Strong analytical skills, including data collection and market assessments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Requirements:
