Role Overview:

As a key driver on the Global Demand Generation team, the Global Integrated Marketing Manager – Field Events & Webinars will own the strategy, execution, and pipeline impact of regional field events, 3rd-party industry tradeshows, and online virtual events/webinars.

Working in tight partnership with our counterpart Global Integrated Marketing Manager (Campaigns, Digital, Lifecycle), Sales, and Product Marketing teams, you will build highly targeted demand generation experiences that capture interest, accelerate funnel velocity, and generate high-quality pipeline to power Skyhigh Security’s growth targets.

About The Role

• Field & Regional Event Strategy: Lead end-to-end strategy, logistical management, execution, promotion and follow-up for regional field events, industry tradeshows, and sponsored conferences directly aligned with global campaign initiatives.
• Webinar & Virtual Program Leadership: Own the production, promotion, speaker preparation, delivery and follow-up for Skyhigh Security’s virtual events and webinar programs to expand digital reach and audience engagement.
• Demand & Pipeline Acceleration: Design regional in-person and virtual event l programs focused on accelerating deal velocity, capturing high-intent prospects, and achieving regional pipeline and revenue targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales leadership and the Global Integrated Marketing Manager (Campaigns, Digital, Lifecycle) to align event schedules with core campaign moments, messaging, and account-based plays.
• Field Insights & Messaging Optimization: Serve as the primary liaison to regional sales teams, gathering field insights to refine messaging, event formats, and local lead-generation tactics.
• Sales Alignment & Lead Handoff: Coordinate pre-event outreach and rapid post-event lead follow-up to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
• Budget, ROI & Analytics: Manage project budgets and lifecycle metrics, tracking both sourced and influenced pipeline, ROI, and program effectiveness to continually optimize tactics.

About You

• 3–5 years of B2B demand generation and event management experience (preferably within enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or cybersecurity).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in owning multi-channel field events and digital webinar programs that measurably contribute to sales pipeline.
• MarTech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation and event platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, ON24, Goldcast, Cvent, or similar tools).
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled at reading program analytics, tracking multi-touch event attribution, and translating pipeline data into strategic improvements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong communication skills with a proven track record of aligning with sales reps, field leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Execution & Detail Focus: Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills with a sharp eye for operational logistics and brand alignment.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel periodically for key regional events and field execution with minimal supervision.

Base Pay Range: $110,000 - 125,000. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
