WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Senior Specialist is a high-touch HR Generalist within the GRS HR and Talent team.
WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
The Senior Specialist provides a wide range of dedicated HR support and partnership, from collaborating with HR Operations to substantial project work, across a variety of business functions and Service Lines.
The Senior Specialist partners with the HRBP team to provide consistent and effective adherence to HR policies and administration of talent management programs across the employee life cycle, including onboarding and departures, performance management, people movement, mobility and immigration, recruiting, and compensation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
HR Processes and Talent Services
Provides leverage of HR processes, and expertise of talent services across employee lifecycle for assigned GRS function/sub-function(s) or Service Line(s)
Communicates to and partners with stakeholders on day-to-day employee matters and operations, understanding and balancing competing priorities of multiple stakeholders simultaneously with minimal supervision
Partners with supervisor and/or talent teams to facilitate core HR processes, policies, procedural improvements, and standards across employee lifecycle
Interprets and applies policies, escalating to supervisor as needed; makes recommendations, employs expertise, maintains consistency, and mitigates risk to support fair talent business outcomes
Talent Data and Insights
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data across and within talent functions to highlight themes, develop insights, and make recommendations
Talent Projects
Leads segments of talent projects for customer group(s) or GRS HR and Talent team

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
In Texas, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000
Annual discretionary performance bonus
This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
