The opportunity

At Envision Pharma Group, we're modernising how our Human Resources function supports the business, combining people expertise, technology, data, and AI to deliver meaningful impact. As a Global HR Operations Partner, you'll play an important role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You'll support the delivery of global HR processes, provide operational support to employees and managers, and work closely with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to help bring scalable people strategies to life.

Whether you're starting your HR career, or building on experience gained through an internship, placement, administration, or customer-facing role, you'll join a supportive global team where you'll have the opportunity to learn, develop, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

This is a hybrid working role, based 2 days a week from our Raleigh, NC office.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

Role responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, resolving routine employee and manager queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage HR cases and shared inboxes, ensuring timely updates, accurate documentation, and resolution within service level expectations.
  • Execute core HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee data updates with accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow established workflows while identifying and escalating risks, exceptions, or process gaps where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by supporting workflow enhancements, documentation updates, and automation opportunities.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other stakeholders to deliver a coordinated employee experience.
  • Create and maintain HR documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles to support consistent and scalable service delivery.
  • Share operational insights and feedback to help improve HR programmes, processes, and systems, ensuring they remain practical, efficient, and employee-focused.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. We also welcome applications from recent graduates looking to start and grow a career in HR.
  • Experience in an HR, administration, or customer-facing role is advantageous. This could include internships, placements, part-time work, retail, hospitality, or other roles where you've delivered excellent service, managed competing priorities, and built strong relationships.
  • An interest in HR operations and the employee lifecycle, with a willingness to learn and develop within a global HR team.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, bring clarity, and know when to escalate where appropriate.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and digital tools, with an interest in using technology to improve the way work gets done.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a straightforward, supportive, and professional way.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage changing priorities while maintaining a positive, service-focused approach.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for delivering a great employee experience.

Salary range - $55,000-$65,000

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
