Job Title: HEOR Director, Respiratory Biologics
Estimated Start Date: ASAP- 12-month contract;Possible assignment extension and to roll to perm
Location: Remote East Coast Only

Hours/Shift worked - 8 hours/day EST
Stakeholder Interaction: Internal & External- Internal and external
Required to travel or work remotely- No travel required

Job Description including technology:
Summary Global HEOR Director, Respiratory Biologics

Role Overview:
Responsible for executing and disseminating real-world evidence (RWE) and other non-interventional studies to support the asset s data generation plan (DGP).
Act as a scientific lead at study level and a cross-functional partner across medical, market access, R&D, and commercial teams and with external thought leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple studies for the asset, managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality control (protocols, SAPs, reports, abstracts, manuscripts) in line with SOPs.
Closely engage with 10+ country level teams to input into local evidence generation and track local progress
Required Qualifications and Experience:
MSc (or equivalent) in health outcomes, health economics, epidemiology, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
10 years HEOR experience, preferably in a multinational company.
Experience in dossier development, adherence studies, indirect treatment comparison and country level engagement
Respiratory/Asthma experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Strong project management skills to track timelines and deliverables for multiple countries

Preferred:
Advanced research degree (PhD or ScD).

Global RealWorld Evidence (RWE) Leadership: Proven leadership in Global Real World Evidence (RWE), with responsibility to lead and oversee:

Retrospective database studies: Systematic and targeted literature reviews
Real world studies focused on:

Treatment adherence: Clinical and patient outcomes
Healthcare resource utilization (HCRU)

Global Value Dossier Experience: Prior experience in global value dossier development is highly desirable.
Ability to support the creation, maintenance, and updating of global dossiers used across markets.

Country Engagement & Market Submissions: Act as the primary interface between global teams and country level affiliates.
Facilitate and lead regular cross functional meetings across 30 40 countries.
Key responsibilities include:

Understanding and supporting country specific books of work
Helping translate global evidence strategies into local submission packages
Addressing ongoing questions and challenges during local adaptation and submission processes

Experience & Seniority: 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong preference for
Several years at Director or Senior Director level

Candidates may also offer: Product launch experience, preferably in asthma and/or nasal polyps

Education & Technical Expertise:
Advanced research training is a strong requirement, such as: Master s or PhD in a relevant discipline
