The Head of AI Strategy & Transformation will lead the development and execution of the business's artificial intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide priorities while driving measurable business impact. This executive will serve as the central leader coordinating AI initiatives across all business lines, establishing governance, enabling innovation, and ensuring strategic investments in AI deliver operational efficiency, improved client and employee experiences, and revenue growth opportunities.
Reporting directly to the President and Head of Charles River Development, this leader will provide strategic oversight across all AI efforts, working closely with internal business leaders, R&D teams, enterprise AI stakeholders, and external technology partners to accelerate adoption and maximize value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise AI Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the business-wide AI vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities aligned with broader enterprise objectives
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that deliver measurable outcomes across:
Cost reduction and operational efficiency
Client experience enhancement
Employee productivity and experience
Revenue growth and innovation opportunities
Advise senior leadership on AI market trends, emerging technologies, risks, and strategic opportunities
Cross-Business Coordination & Governance
Innovation & Employee AI Enablement
Partnership with R&D and Delivery Teams
Partner closely with R&D, data science, and engineering teams to:
Monitor delivery progress across AI initiatives
Track productivity and efficiency gains
Assess adoption metrics and business impact
Ensure solutions align to strategic objectives
Translate business priorities into actionable development direction
Enterprise Alignment & Executive Liaison
Vendor & Strategic Partner Management
Required Qualifications
Salary Range:
$170,000 - $282,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
