Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - Tue - Thursday. M/F Remote)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent SAP knowledge or equivalent ERP experience
  • Demonstrated multi-national experience
  • Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, etc
  • Experience in fixed asset accounting principles
  • Strong expertise in US GAAP is essential, with demonstrated experience navigating and applying various local GAAP differences across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Can demonstrate solid understanding of intangible accounting principles
  • Demonstrates experience working in a Global organization
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Dataiku (desirable).
  • Exhibits exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
  • Is action-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates a results-driven approach.
  • Effectively manages conflicts and fosters collaborative solutions.
  • Remains resilient under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own the global accounting and reporting for fixed assets, including property, plant, equipment, and critical intangible assets as designated.
  • Drive transformative change within fixed asset and intangible asset accounting through process automation, system optimization, and strategic project execution.
  • Contribute to the timely and accurate month-end and quarter-end close processes for fixed assets and intangible assets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for the global team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate effectively with business partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of fixed asset and intangible asset processes and data.
  • Prepare timely and accurate fixed asset and intangible asset schedules, reconciliations as required.
