smartdept. is searching for a Global Events Manager for a healthcare technology client located in Broomfield, CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is an ongoing contract opportunity.
This role supports the planning and execution of global events across trade shows, conferences, and corporate initiatives within a healthcare technology environment.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, manage, and execute global events including trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics across multiple regions
- Oversee on-site event management and post-event reporting
- Support brand presence and messaging consistency across all events
What You'll Need:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience managing global or international events
- Experience with healthcare, technology, or B2B environments a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with trade show and exhibit management
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
