Description

  • Develop and execute the global operations strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead manufacturing, procurement, and end-to-end supply chain functions across the organization.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification, productivity, and profitability improvements.
  • Establish operational goals, performance metrics, and accountability measures to ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Improve service levels through enhanced delivery performance, backlog reduction, and capacity optimization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and deliver profitable growth strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement programs across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, human resources, and marketing teams to drive business-wide operational improvements.
  • Identify, implement, and standardize operational best practices across multiple locations.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of innovative technologies that improve operational performance and scalability.
  • Oversee complex global projects and strategic operational initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams that support long-term organizational success.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process simplification methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Experience leading globally dispersed teams or multi-site manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational execution.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated leader with a proactive mindset, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional language capabilities are considered beneficial.
