Global Operations LeaderOrganization is a global leader in precision fluid dispensing systems and engineered dispensing solutions used across a wide range of manufacturing industries. They design and manufacture equipment that accurately applies adhesives, sealants, lubricants, solder paste, and other assembly fluids used in production environments worldwide.Job DescriptionProvide strategic leadership for global manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations functions.Develop and execute long-term operations strategies that support business growth, profitability, and market expansion.Establish operational objectives, performance metrics, and accountability measures aligned with corporate goals.Drive operational simplification and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain functions.Implement and maintain systems and processes that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.Improve on-time delivery performance, reduce backlog, increase productivity, and optimize inventory management.Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve financial and operational targets.Identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing leaders to support cross-functional business objectives.Promote best-practice sharing across global locations and establish consistent operational standards.Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational performance.Oversee and coordinate global operations projects, including facility, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations leadership experience within industrial manufacturing environments.Experience leading global manufacturing and supply chain organizations across multiple locations.Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process simplification methodologies.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business performance and profitability.Experience managing complex supply chains and procurement functions in a global environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change.Self-motivated leader with a collaborative approach and a passion for developing teams.Additional language capabilities are a plus.Up to 50% global travel required.What's on OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits planCareer growth opportunitiesAccess to high level management401K matchExcellent work life balance
