Seeking a Global Custody Operations professional with experience supporting end-to-end securities processing across domestic and international markets. Maintain Security Master data and client/account static data supporting Global Custody and Securities Lending.

Seeking a Global Custody Operations professional with experience supporting end-to-end securities processing across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and global corporate actions, including mandatory, voluntary, and elective events.
• Review and distribute corporate action and income notifications using information from custodians, depositories, and market data vendors.
• Process global income events, including dividends, interest, capital gains, and principal payments.
• Support domestic and international securities and cash settlements, including FX transactions.
• Research and resolve settlement exceptions, failed trades, unmatched transactions, and reconciliation breaks.
• Perform securities and cash reconciliations and maintain SWIFT trade and cash messaging.
• Maintain Security Master data and client/account static data supporting Global Custody and Securities Lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Global Custody or Securities Operations experience.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, settlements, reconciliations, SWIFT messaging, and global securities processing
