Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for a passionate, self-driven candidate for an exciting new role within our Co-Sell Initiatives Program Team as a Co-Sell Initiatives Manager supporting the AWS Global Startup Program and helping shape how the world"s most innovative startups go to market with AWS. We are hiring an experienced individual to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Programs team to own the mechanisms that help the next generation of enterprise software companies reach customers faster.

    The WW Co-Sell Initiatives Manager is the single-threaded owner of mechanisms supporting the AWS Global Startup Program, responsible for working backwards from Startup partners to understand their needs and evolving the programs that deliver measurable revenue outcomes. You will work directly with APN Partners and operate internally across sales, business development, programs, marketing, finance, legal, and partner management to build and execute joint GTM initiatives. You will design and execute new programs while improving existing ones that impact customer experience, usability, and organization-level goals. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with senior leaders, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong problem-solving abilities.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Drive innovative strategies to evolve both existing and net new mechanisms for the AWS Global Startup Program and recommend simplified solutions to Startup partner challenges, including the execution of a cross-functional strategy to streamline program operations
    • Design and track business metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and adoption to be reported to leadership
    • Work directly with external customers (e.g. APN ISV Partners)
    • Define and execute business strategy for program initiatives that deliver outcomes with cross-organizational impact, including driving automation of repeatable work and increasing overall team efficiency; lead collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence roadmap priorities cross-functionally
    • Performs business analysis using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other internal Amazon systems (e.g. performance metrics and forecasting) and improves metrics (KPIs, adoption, etc.)
    • Build and maintain successful partnerships with global teams, segment stakeholders and key business sponsors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
