Who You'll Work With

At Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. You'll join a high-performing account team that brings together marketing, sales, consulting, and subject-matter experts to support Amazon as a global customer. This is an opportunity to learn how thoughtful marketing helps a complex account connect people, ideas, and experiences across regions.

You'll help bring the account's marketing plans to life across in-person and virtual events, digital campaigns, content, and client experiences. You'll work closely with experienced teammates, take ownership of defined projects, and build skills across the full marketing mix while contributing to work with reach around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Integrated account marketing

  • Help turn account priorities into coordinated marketing plans, campaigns, and experiences for relevant audiences across regions.

  • Coordinate messaging, content, timing, and follow-up across channels so each activity supports a consistent customer experience.

  • Keep project briefs, timelines, calendars, approvals, and status updates organized; flag risks early and help teams stay on track.

  • Events and client experiences

  • Support planning and delivery of in-person and virtual experiences, including executive briefings, client workshops, industry events, webinars, and account team moments.

  • Coordinate event details such as invitations, registration, speaker and attendee communications, vendors, materials, run-of-show, and on-site support.

  • Help make experiences engaging, accessible, locally relevant, and aligned with Slalom and customer expectations; gather feedback and coordinate timely follow-up.

  • Digital campaigns and content

  • Coordinate digital programs across channels such as email, web and landing pages, paid media, social, webinars, and relevant content.

  • Partner with regional and global marketing specialists to develop briefs, shape audience plans, route creative and copy for review, and coordinate campaign launches.

  • Monitor campaign activity and results, help optimize audience and channel choices, and share clear takeaways with the account team.

  • Partnership and impact

  • Build trusted working relationships with account leaders, sales and consulting teams, marketing colleagues, and external partners.

  • Track event and campaign performance, prepare concise recaps, and recommend practical improvements based on results and feedback.

  • Bring curiosity and a service mindset to new requests, balancing several priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

  • Early-career experience or hands-on exposure to marketing, communications, events, or campaign coordination through internships, co-ops, campus organizations, projects, or 4+ years of professional work. B2B or professional services experience is helpful.
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple steps, contributors, or deadlines; you follow through and keep details moving.
  • Interest in integrated marketing, including events and digital channels, and willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
  • Clear writing and communication skills, sound organization, attention to detail, and comfort working with people across different teams and time zones.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach, good judgment, and curiosity about how marketing supports customer relationships and business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation or email platforms, paid media tools, and project management software is a plus.
