Wickham Industries / ITI Glass is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our glass fabrication production team. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality architectural and commercial glass products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Experience in glass fabrication is helpful but not required - we are willing to train reliable candidates with strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist in fabrication and production of architectural glass products
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely
- Handle, move, and inspect glass materials
- Read work orders and production paperwork
- Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication process
- Assist with packaging, staging, and shipping preparation
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
- Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 75 lbs with assistance when needed
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout shift
- Ability to work safely around machinery and glass products
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Preferred Experience
- Glass fabrication or glazing industry experience
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Blueprint or measuring tool familiarity
- Machine operation experience
