Nature of Work
This position develops, operates, and maintains enterprise GIS data, applications, and workflows. The GIS Specialist independently scopes and delivers assigned GIS solutions; performs spatial and database analysis; develops and maintains GIS applications and datasets; tests and documents technical work; supports users; and collaborates with internal staff, and partners. Work is performed using organizational standards and may include water, electric, infrastructure, field mobility, asset management, and other enterprise GIS applications.
Work Schedule - The typical work schedule 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday. Remote work is available up to two days a week after the first 6 months.
Pay - The 2026 starting salary range is $85,632-$100,743 with advancement to $125,929.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in geographic information systems (GIS) or related field such as geography, planning, civil engineering, or computer science, with an emphasis in GIS coursework and training; AND three (3) years of full-time employment experience with geographic information systems mapping and database management using ESRI ArcGIS software or its equivalent
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may also be considered.
