GIS PROGRAMMER ANALYST

Responsibilities:
Assists with design, development, implementation, testing, and support of Enterprise GIS applications, systems, and databases.
Designs and manages spatial and non-spatial data and administers ESRI GIS products.
Provides technical architecture, development, troubleshooting, and system-level support.
Develops enhancements and new GIS applications, scripts, databases, and automation tasks.
Troubleshoots application issues and researches corrective solutions.
Collaborates with users and GIS staff to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Modifies and improves existing systems, operating systems, and GIS processes.
Follows established development standards; prepares both technical documentation and end-user materials; and conducts user training when necessary.
Work extended hours as required to meet project deadlines.

Full-time, exempt, benefited
Working hours:
Primarily Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Hybrid workplace options available.
Location:
Columbia, Missouri
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must meet minimum qualifications set forth by the FBI and MSHP CJIS Security policy.
Preferred Skills:
Software development and project management. Experience or training in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and computer programming; ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, NodeJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ArcGIS API for Python, Python, ArcPy, ArcGIS Arcade, & Microsoft SQL Server desired.
Starting Salary Range:
$66,560 - $77,771
