Responsibilities: Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming * Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and ambulation * Monitor patient health, including vital signs, intake and output, and skin condition * Report changes in patient condition to the nurse * Complete patient care records * Follow all policies and procedures of the facility * Attend continuing education classes to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in geriatric care Qualifications Current GNA certification * At least 1 year of experience working in a long-term care facility * Proficiency in geriatric care * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Job description.
