• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm
• Hospital-employed position with outpatient-only setting
• 75% clinical and 25% administrative responsibilities
• Leadership role managing and evaluating primary care providers
• Involvement in hiring, performance improvement, and budget management
• Value-based care and managed care experience highly valued
• Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, Echo, EKG, Doppler, and spirometry
• Board-certified Geriatric Medicine physician required; DEA required
