Can you see yourself here?
Do complex prints excite you? Do you enjoy choosing the right fixture, dialing in offsets, and verifying micron-level accuracy? Are you the person others turn to when a machine drifts or a toolpath needs refinement? If so, you’ll thrive building precision parts for drilling and geotechnical equipment.
Your impact
- Program CNC machinery using G-code and/or CAM to produce intricate, high-accuracy components
- Execute advanced setups: fixturing strategy, tooling selection, and exact offsets
- Machine tight-tolerance parts from steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys
- Inspect completed parts to blueprint specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining challenges and apply effective corrective actions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to CNC Operators and Assistants
- Document production and inspection results with precision
