Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of laboratory operations including staff supervision, scheduling, equipment calibration
- Oversee geotechnical and construction materials testing: Proctor, Atterberg Limits, grain size analysis, unconfined compression, triaxial, Direct Shear, permeability, consolidation, CBR
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, GDOT standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years experience in geotechnical or construction materials testing with proven leadership in laboratory environment
- In-depth knowledge of ASTM and AASHTO standards
