Job Summary
Tampa, Florida based engineering firm looking for a self-motivated Geotechnical Engineer (EIT or PE) possessing a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills to join our team in Tampa, Florida. 


Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Development of scope of subsurface exploration and laboratory testing programs
• Supervision of subsurface exploration
• Physical soil classification and review of laboratory results
• Geotechnical engineering analyses and design
• Preparation of geotechnical engineering reports and proposals
• Project Management
• Assist on Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Projects
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• BS, MS preferred, in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
• Registered Florida Professional Engineer (PE) is a strong plus, but not required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
