MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented GEOINT Systems Engineer to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide independent assessments, evaluations, and reviews of policy, programs, and operations.
  • Gather and analyze information, identify areas for improvement, draft findings and recommendations, and prepare reports and other products in accordance with guidance and professional standards.
  • Conduct and prepare assessments, such as the Joint Force Readiness Review, Agency Mission Essential Task List, and the Combat Support Agency Review Team.
  • Finalize assessment reports with Introduction, Methodology, Findings, Recommendations, Conclusions, and appropriate Appendices for Systems Engineering.
  • Provide expertise for assessments in the application of structured approaches to design and implementation of IT systems and processes, testing and validation of services, and integration into enterprise architecture.
  • Follow up on report recommendations during the reevaluation period to determine if appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented.
  • Provide guidance to GEOCOM members and Subcommittees to review charters and governance policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 11+ years of relevant experience, or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience supporting administrative activities and scheduling for corporate support events
  • Experience performing general staff officer duties and gathering complex information.
  • Experience with synthesizing complex information to prepare formal assessments.
  • Experience and proficiency in the comprehensive use of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of geospatial intelligence systems and architectures.
  • Familiarity with key intelligence enterprise components, directorates, offices, and programs.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer, scanner, and copier.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and stakeholders, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
