About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to perform essential warehousing duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on loading and unloading trucks, moving and staging materials, and accurately picking and packing orders to ensure efficient shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using manual or electric pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified/authorized).
• Move, stage, and stock materials in designated areas such as production, shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Pick orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners, verifying item numbers, quantities, and conditions.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to customer and carrier specifications.
• Conduct basic inventory tasks including counts, put-away, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles by removing trash, wrapping, and debris.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse policies at all times.
• Report damages, shortages, and safety concerns promptly to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating RF scanners.
• Knowledge of order picking and packing processes.
• Material handling experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to load and unload using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification/authorization preferred).
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in following safety procedures and PPE usage.
