Pay: $17.00 per hour, Weekly Pay!
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required during the week)

Job Summary
Debbie's Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking Helpers / Yard Associates for a growing building materials operation. This is a hands-on position that requires working outdoors and assisting with the movement, handling, and preparation of materials in a busy yard environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating equipment and working safely in an industrial, construction, lumber, or building materials setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the yard
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Utilize chainsaws and other tools as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Inspect materials and report any issues to management
- Support daily yard operations and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Comfortable working around heavy equipment and machinery
- COMBI forklift experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or building materials environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
