    Location : Kansas City, MO or Miami, FL preferred
    Duration : 6+ months Contract (with possible extension)

    • Genesys Manager / Analyst - 2-5 years Genesys Command center and operational execution expertise with Genesys Cloud CCaaS.
    • Expertise building metric and data analytics dashboarding, IVR development, Skills Based Routing agent profiles as well as documentation to train operational staff to take this over.
    • Further experience needed in Workforce optimization - workforce management and quality assurance.
