API Integration: Experience with APIs, webhooks, REST, and SOAP. ACD & Call Flows: Experience with inbound/outbound routing and call flows.

Location: Weehawken, NJ , Hybrid – 3 days a week
Duration: 6 months


Salary Range: $40.00 - $42.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).
Applicants must be willing to work on W2.

• API Integration: Experience with APIs, webhooks, REST, and SOAP.
• Salesforce Integration: Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce.
• ServiceNow Integration: Experience integrating Genesys with ServiceNow.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in Database Technology.
• 7+ years in Genesys Engage.
• 7+ years in Genesys Inbound Voice.
