    Job Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer with Integration with AWS

    Job Description:
    Design, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud CX solutions, including IVR, Architect flows, ACD routing, queues, digital channels, and outbound campaigns.
    Develop and implement platform enhancements, new features, and configuration changes based on business requirements.
    Administer Genesys Cloud environments, including user management, roles, permissions, and telephony configurations.
    Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability.
    Design, develop, and support integrations between Genesys Cloud and AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB.
    Develop secure APIs, Data Actions, and serverless integration components.
    Integrate Genesys Cloud with enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, identity management, and other third-party systems.
    Act as the primary technical liaison between the Capital Group and Genesys Cloud, AWS, telecommunications, and third-party integration vendors.
    Manage vendor-led implementation activities, upgrades, patches, and maintenance windows with minimal business disruption.
    Collaborate with AWS and third-party vendors to troubleshoot integration, networking, API, and infrastructure issues.
