under
the

of
Innovation
Plan
(DOI)
Experience
Minimum
of
one
(1)
year

student
teaching
experience
or

internship

5-7
years
of

Responsibilities
and
Duties:
Instructional
and
Program
Management
1.
Develop
and
implement
lesson
plans
that
fulfill
the
requirements
of
the
district's
curriculum
program
and
show
written
evidence
of
preparation
as
required.
2.
Prepare
lessons
that
accommodate
differences
in
individual
students.
3.
Plan
and
use
appropriate
instructional
and
learning
strategies,
activities,
materials,
equipment,
and
technology
that
reflect
an
understanding
of
the
learning
styles
and
needs
of
students
assigned
and
present
subject
matter
according
to
guidelines
established
by
the
Texas
Education
Agency,
board
policies,
and
administrative
regulations.
4.
Conduct
an
assessment
of
student
learning
styles
and
use
results
to
plan
instructional
activities.
5.
Work
collaboratively
with
special
education
teachers
to
modify
curricula
as
needed
for
special
education
students,
in
accordance
with
guidelines
established
in
Individualized
Education
Plans
(IEPs).
6.
Collaborate
with
other
staff
members
to
determine
instructional
goals,
objectives,
and
methods
in
accordance
with
district
requirements.

Plan
and
assign
work
to
instructional
aide(s)
