Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's
degree
from
an
accredited
university
Master's
degree
in
education
preferred
Valid
Texas
teaching
certificate
Experience:
Minimum
of
three
(3)
years
of
successful
teaching
experience
Experience
working
with
Pearson
online
testing,
Texas
Assessment
Management
Systems
(TAMS),
and
Test
Hound
Special
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge
of
laws,
policies,
rules,
and
regulations
pertaining
to
the
discipline
of
Section
504
eligible
students
Ability
to
maintain
confidentiality
of
privileged
and
sensitive
information
Ability

Major
Responsibilities
and
Duties:
Testing
1.
Implement
procedures
for
ensuring
the
security
and
confidentiality
of
state-mandated
testing
programs
and
other
assessments.
2.
Direct
and
oversee
test
implementation,
and
monitor
testing
activities
to
ensure
procedures
are
followed
and
deadlines
are
met.
3.
Provide
timely
support
for
testing
administrators.
4.
Consult
with
staff
to
provide
appropriate
testing
accommodation
for
Limited
English
Proficient
(LEP)
students
and
students
receiving
special
services.
5.
Identify,
investigate,
and
address
testing
irregularities.
6.
Report
discrepancies
and
disciplinary
actions
taken
against
students
as
required.
Analysis
and
Collaboration
7.
Develop
and
distribute
statistical
studies,
analyses,
and
evaluation
reports
as
required.
8.
Work
with
instructional
teams
to
analyze
test
data
and
develop
student
achievement
goals
and
objectives.
9.
Consult
with
district
staff
to
develop,
administer,
and
interpret
assessment
guidelines
and
procedures.
Recordkeeping,
Reporting,
and
Inventory
10.
Maintain
and
ensure
the
integrity
of
testing
data.
Ensure
all
materials
and
data
are
submitted
within
established
timelines.
11.
Complete
evaluation
and
compliance
reports
as
required
by
federal
and
state
programs.
12.
Track
and
monitor
the
location
of
test
materials
throughout
distribution,
return,
and
storage.
13.
Compile,
maintain,
file,
and
secure
all
reports,
records,
and
other
required
documents.

Contribute
to
the
development
and
delivery
of
training
for
district
and
campus
test
administrators
to
ensure
that
tests
are
conducted
and
procedures
are
consistently
followed.
15.
Follow
district
safety
protocols
and
emergency
procedures.

assigned.
