Perform disassembly, assembly, and testing of generator components. Use resistive load bank equipment for generator testing and repairs. Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on power generation assemblies. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing minor repair on gensets. Be flexible to work overtime as needed and respond to after-hours calls. Operation of various types of forklifts, come-a-longs, and overhead cranes and hoists. Travel for training and support at other locations as required. Possesses basic mechanical knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics systems. Skilled with hand tools, air tools, precision measuring instruments, diagnostic software, and rigging equipment. Capable of reading and understanding specifications, service and parts literature, and technical bulletins. Experience in assembly/disassembly within relevant industries.
