Job Title: Manufacturing General Laborer

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 2.5 Months Contract

Location: Ord, NE 68862

Shift: 7:30 AM–8:00 PM OR 10:00 AM–10:30 PM

Job Summary

Support facility and grain-handling operations through material handling, equipment care, loading/unloading, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Load/unload trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars and perform grain-handling activities.
Perform basic equipment maintenance, operator care, and monitor equipment for issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety and PPE requirements.
Work effectively with team members and provide professional customer service.
Perform other facility and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing, with basic computer skills.
Ability to work indoors/outdoors in heat, cold, dust, loud noise, and at heights of 4+ feet.

Preferred / Additional

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice.
Previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, grain handling, warehouse operations, equipment operation, or general labor.
