General Worker

Adecco is currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor and General Workers Associate position in American Canyon, CA. This role supports daily warehouse operations through material handling, product rework, some Forklift, sanitation, and general facility support.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned by leadership.

• Sort, inspect, and repackage damaged or salvageable products according to company standards.

• Prepare unsellable products for disposal.

• Load, unload, and move materials and freight throughout the facility.

• Complete basic paperwork and documentation as required.

• Support warehouse operations by filling in for absent employees when needed.

• Follow company safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.

• Report damaged tools, equipment, or safety concerns to leadership promptly.

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

• General Workers will need to have sit down Forklift Experience.

QualificationsRequired

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30–60 days of employment.

• General Worker Sit Down Forklift experience.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience.

• Material handling experience.

• Forklift operation experience, including multiple attachments.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, emails, and shipping documents.

Pay Details: $17.25 to $20.00 per hour
