Employer-paid forklift certification and hands-on systems training
Use our Navision inventory system to look up product, and confirm the correct lot numbers and expiration dates
Verify counts using basic math and reconcile any discrepancies
Operate a forklift to locate inventory and confirm lot/expiration details (certification training provided — see below)
Manually break down and re-wrap pallets
Build packing lists and pallet manifests in a spreadsheet
Learn when to reference our USA, UII, and LV manufacturing books
Periodically work inside shipping containers and trailers to manually pull pallets forward, since they sit taller than our dock — this can mean working in temperatures over 100°F during warmer months. We provide hydration, scheduled breaks, and safety protocols for this part of the job
Pick, pack, label, and ship orders start-to-finish via UPS WorldShip and FedEx ShipManager
Rotate with the rest of the team — including managers — on shared upkeep of common spaces, including restrooms
If that sounds like a lot, it is. We're telling you upfront because we'd rather find people who want this kind of varied, hands-on work than have someone start and be caught off guard.
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay range: $16–$20 per hour. Starting pay is set based on your relevant experience.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a basic math and inventory-accuracy assessment
Comfort learning new computer systems — you'll be trained on Navision and spreadsheet-based recordkeeping, but you should be comfortable navigating a computer today
Ability to manage several concurrent tasks and switch between them in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification is a plus; if you're not certified, we provide the training and certification
Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs, and to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Ability to work periodically in non-climate-controlled spaces, including trailers/containers that can exceed 100°F
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to participate in team-wide facility upkeep, including restrooms, on a rotating basis
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required — we train motivated people from scratch
