About the Role

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team in Dublin, GA. This role involves supporting fast-paced warehouse operations by receiving, packing, sorting, and shipping products. The position requires physical tasks and operating warehouse equipment to ensure smooth logistical processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments of products with care
• Sort, label, and package products efficiently
• Assemble orders and prepare them for shipment
• Operate hand tools, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety policies and procedures
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks as needed
• Support warehouse processes including receiving, packing, and shipping logistics
• Work in various temperature conditions as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Dependable attitude with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends
• Basic ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks
• Familiarity with inventory management and shipping procedures
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes
