    Role Overview

    The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by handling materials, receiving and preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Success in this role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to follow established processes and instructions.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Load and unload trucks and containers
    • Use forklift or pallet jack to move equipment
    • Receive incoming deliveries, verify accuracy, and report discrepancies
    • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, palletizing, and staging
    • Pick and pack materials according to work orders or pick lists
    • Open crates and build wooden crates as required
    • Follow established warehouse processes, schedules, and procedures
    • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
    • Dispose of debris, wood, shrink wrap, and other waste properly
    • Operate tools and material-handling equipment safely
    • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

     

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years hands-on warehouse experience
    • Extensive forklift and/or pallet jack experience and holds a certification
    • Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
    • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
    • Strong mechanical aptitude - comfortable working with electric hand tools
      • Using electric saws, drills, nail guns, etc..
    • Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

     

    Plus:

    • High school diploma or equivalent, or 3–5 years of relevant work experience
    • SAP experience
    • Experience using RF scanners
    • Rigging experience/strapping for overhead cranes
