Position Title: General Warehouse Worker / Manufacturing Associate

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled warehouse/manufacturing facility

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Warehouse Worker / Manufacturing Associate position. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be willing to perform general warehouse duties, assist with manufacturing operations, maintain paperwork, and support inspection processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties.
• Move and organize pallets throughout the facility.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork accurately.
• Assist with inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes.
