Schedule:

• 5am-5pm, Sunday-Tuesday
• Rotating Wednesday shift (5pm-5am or 5am-5pm)
• Thursday-Saturday, rotating Wednesday shift

About the Role

We are seeking dependable general labor associates to join a climate-controlled warehouse environment in a box manufacturing facility. This role involves performing repetitive unloading, packing, and inspection tasks in a fast-paced production setting. Ideal candidates are comfortable standing for extended periods and maintaining a steady work pace in a clean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload finished boxes from automated production machines
• Pack finished boxes into larger boxes for shipment or storage
• Inspect products for basic quality issues
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
• Stand and work on feet for up to 12 hours
• Adhere to safety guidelines and facility protocols
• Maintain a dependable attendance record

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Dependability and consistent work attendance
• Basic ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Comfortable working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Standing for extended periods during shift
• No smoking permitted inside the facility
• No cell phones allowed inside the facility
• Artificial or false nails cannot extend more than ½ inch beyond fingertip

Additional Notes

• Dress code: Casual; close-toe shoes, T-shirt, and shorts acceptable; no tank tops
• Must stay in the facility throughout shift; lunches paid
• Work every other Wednesday
