Summary

Work in the scene shop helping to produce technical elements for each show and other production related projects.

Essential Functions

  • Build scenery - basic carpentry
  • Set up the stage(s), moving soft goods as needed, and installing scenery
  • Assist with making, pulling, or finding props for each production as directed by Shop supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Successful completion of THFM 1470 or equivalent work experience in theater

Additional Information

  • Employees need to be available to work M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm for approximately 10 to 20 hours a week with occasional evenings and weekends during the Fall and Spring semesters.
