    Job Title: General Technician - Composite Manufacturing (1 Positions)

    • --Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Support:

    • Assist with composite manufacturing processes, including layup, infusion, and filament winding.
    • Provide technical support for production operations.
    • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency.

    Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

    • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment.
    • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment or processes, implementing solutions as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct inspections of components during and after production to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Document production processes and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to meet production goals and deadlines.
    • Assist in training new team members on manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

    Process Improvement:

    • Provide feedback on manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

    Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical certifications preferred.
    • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate complex machinery.
    • Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
