    Job Summary

    We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible General Surgical Pathologist with pediatric pathology expertise to join our Florida-based pathology team. The candidate will provide diagnostic services in general surgical pathology and pediatric pathology while collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support high-quality patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Interpret and diagnose general surgical and pediatric pathology specimens.
    • Perform gross and microscopic examination of tissue samples and issue pathology reports.
    • Provide frozen section and intraoperative consultation services as needed.
    • Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, and oncology teams regarding diagnostic findings.
    • Participate in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and laboratory improvement initiatives.
    • Attend tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences.
    • Support teaching, mentorship, and/or research activities when applicable.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
    • Completion of AP or AP/CP pathology residency training.
    • Fellowship training or significant experience in Pediatric Pathology preferred.
    • Board certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology or AP/CP.
    • Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
    • Strong diagnostic skills in surgical pathology and pediatric pathology.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
