Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Resolve construction issues and adapt to company methods. Lead by example and handle project changes effectively. Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure project efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards.
5+ years of experience managing electrical projects, with a strong track record of success. Proven experience supervising electrical work on active construction sites. 10+ years in field supervision or management roles within commercial or industrial electrical contracting. Deep understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems and practices. Highly adaptable and team-focused, with strong leadership and communication skills. Journeyman License. Successfully completed an accredited Apprenticeship program OR 6+ years of on-the-job experience. High School Diploma or GED.
