Position: General Superintendent
Location: Dallas, TX

They are actively seeking a seasoned and driven General Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure project delivery meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial drywall and framing, with proven leadership experience overseeing multiple projects and field teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites
- Manage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field personnel
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality control standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues proactively
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure projects stay within budget and timeline
- Enforce company standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the field
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and finishes, with at least 3 years in a senior or general superintendent role
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, drawings, and safety standards
- Ability to travel locally between job sites as needed
- Proficiency with construction management software and field reporting tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
