    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the plumbing industry
    • Demonstrated success in sales/business development, operations management, project management, and team leadership

     Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Leadership & Management

    • Lead, mentor, and develop department managers, supervisors, and field teams (service, construction, estimating, administration, etc.)
    • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork
    • Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and performance metrics
    • Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card

     

    2. Operations Oversight

    • Oversee daily operations of plumbing service and construction projects
    • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
    • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple teams
    • Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

    3. Financial Management

    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Monitor key financial indicators including revenue, margins, job costing, and cash flow
    • Approve purchasing and expenditures in accordance with company policy
    • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency

    4. Business Development & Client Relations

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors
    • Support estimating and sales teams in preparing bids, proposals, and negotiating contracts
    • Identify new market opportunities and service offerings to drive revenue growth

    5. Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local plumbing codes and licensing requirements
    • Oversee safety programs, training initiatives, and compliance documentation
    • Promote a proactive culture of safety and risk management

    6. Strategic Planning

    • Collaborate with ownership to define short- and long-term business goals
    • Analyze market trends and company performance to guide strategic decisions
    • Implement systems, technologies, and processes to support scalable growth
