Job Description

The General Superintendent - Commercial will:

  • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations at all times.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Mentor and guide site staff to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
  • Report project updates to senior management and other stakeholders as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Superintendent - Commercial should have:
