Description

• Oversee field operations for drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling projects
• Lead manpower planning, workforce allocation, and scheduling activities
• Recruit, interview, develop, and mentor field supervision teams
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards across multiple job sites
• Partner with operations leadership to support project execution and growth initiatives

Profile

A successful General Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years of commercial drywall, ceilings, or metal framing experience
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Lead Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent
• Strong experience leading multiple field teams and project supervisors
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered

Job Offer

• Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 + bonus + relocation assistance
