This role oversees 10–15+ Superintendents and is centered on strengthening planning discipline, developing high-performing teams, and driving consistent, predictable project execution. The ideal candidate is someone who builds people - not just projects.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and development for 10–15+ Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents, focusing on proactive decision-making and leadership growth.
- Guide teams in identifying risks early and developing sequencing strategies to maintain project stability.
- Recruit, hire, and develop the next generation of field leaders, building a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Establish and refine scalable field standard operating procedures that evolve with organizational growth.
- Ensure strong collaboration between field teams, Project Managers, and senior leadership.
- Embed safety planning into milestone reviews and daily operations to maintain a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in construction leadership, with a strong emphasis on developing people and teams.

- Demonstrated ability to identify high-potential individuals and develop them into effective leaders.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality standards, and consistent field execution.
- Experience building and implementing scalable field systems and SOPs.
- Ability to lead teams in planning ahead of risks rather than reacting to schedule pressures.
