General Service Worker - NY

Job Title: General Services Worker - NY (Part-Time)

Location: Manhattan, New York
Reports to: Director of Jewelry Design
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $22.00 – $29.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, on-site. Twice a week, 4 hours each day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time General Services Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for all staff at our New York office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping shared spaces organized and presentable.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash from all wastebaskets

• Remove plates and glasses from offices and lunch areas

• Vacuum floors and clean blinds

• Prepare and clean coffee stations and restock supplies

• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, tables, countertops, and floors

• Refill napkins, utensils, and paper towel dispensers as needed

• Clean conference rooms, including tables and glass panels

• Dust and clean office surfaces, desks, and blinds

• Check and dust fire extinguishers

• Perform other duties as needed or assigned
